This work invites you into somatic practice as a living and embodied process: one in which we learn to hold ourselves and each other with care, curiosity, and courage.
The Commitment: Twice a month
The Group: A small, dedicated cohort of 8 people.
The Timing: Our first cohort runs from March through June.
For two hours session:
Reduced: 20 euros. Tier 1 is reserved for those who experience systemic barriers to wealth and resources, ensuring our containers remain accessible to those who carry the most systemic stress.
At Cost: 40 euros. Tier 2 reflects the true cost of sustaining this practice and fairly compensating the labor of our facilitators.
Support: 60 euros. Tier 3 is an act of redistributive justice for those with greater financial ease, helping to offset costs and ensure the sustainability of the practice for the entire community.
We offer support to individuals and grassroots formations through 1-1 sessions, group containers, and strategic consultation. Our approach is rooted in liberatory pedagogy and non-hierarchical partnership. We move with the core conviction that every person is the sovereign expert of their own lived experience and their own soma. In our containers, the role of the teacher is to facilitate a process of co-learning, where wisdom is shared rather than imposed.
Our teaching is strengths-based and culturally specific; we work to amplify the inherent brilliance, ancestral resources, and adaptive skills you already carry. We aren't here to "fix," but to help you navigate your own path toward collective transformation.
Healing Justice Netherlands views this work as a rigorous commitment. We invite you to enter this space ready to engage in deep learning and, more importantly, to embody and practice that learning in the world outside of our sessions. This is how we move from individual insight to community-scale change.
